ADRCon 2025: Conference Presentation Guidelines

**Presenters will receive an email with links to Google Drive so they may upload their files. Presenters must have or create a Google-based email address to access the Drive folders.**

Oral Presentations

Each oral presentation time slot is 15 minutes. Each hour long session, consisting of three oral presentations, will be moderated by a chair who will manage questions from the audience during the final 15 minutes of the session.

Slides should be in either a PDF or presentation format that can run in a Microsoft PowerPoint environment. The slide format for all presentations is widescreen, 16:9 aspect ratio (this is the default if using PowerPoint). To confirm your settings, in PowerPoint, click on the “Design” tab and choose “Slide Size.” There, you will see the option to select “Widescreen (16:9).” We recommend confirming the setting before you create your slides to avoid formatting issues later. Presentation slides must be uploaded to Google Drive by 5:00pm (ET) on Tuesday, June 10, 2025. Be sure to include your abstract number and the presenter’s last name in the filename (e.g., 525_Lastname.pdf). Presenters will receive an email with a link to Google Drive so they may upload their files. You must have or create a Google-based email address to access the Drive folders. At the conference, there will be a tech support room where speakers can confirm receipt, preview, and update their slides, if desired.

Poster Presentations

Posters will be displayed on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. Poster presenters are welcome to drop off their posters at the MDI office (Suite 101) anytime before 3:30pm on June 24th. ADRCon staff will set the posters up in room 290 prior to the poster session. Please be available to answer questions about your poster between 5:00-6:00 PM (ET). Posters should be removed by 7 PM (ET) that evening. Any posters remaining after this time will be discarded. Posters are A0 Landscape size (~48 inches x36 inches/~122 cm x91cm). Posters must be printed and brought or shipped to the conference. They do not need to be on a backboard (e.g., foam core) or laminated. There is a FedEx Office in the nearby Hyatt Regency at 400 New Jersey Avenue NW that offers printing services. We do not reimburse the costs of printing.
