Data Labeling

Researchers sometimes have textual data that needs to be manually labeled to serve as training data for machine learning models or that researchers may directly analyze. MDI offers researchers that need labeling services assistance setting up a streamlined platform through Light Tag. This setup allows students or other research team members to easily label data and the labeling process/quality. MDI also supports setting up projects that need to recruit paid crowdsourced workers for data labeling using platforms like Amazon’s Mechanical Turk.
