Lucy Qin is a Postdoctoral Associate within Georgetown's Initiative for Technology and Society through the Fritz Fellowship Program. She is also affiliated with the Massive Data Institute at the McCourt School of Public Policy. She recently received her PhD in computer science from Brown University.
