Join MDI and partners in coordination with the Data Rescue Project (DRP) to save open data from deletion. Learn how to save data, about the importance of data preservation, and help the research community continue to advance. No experience needed! Snacks will be served.

- In-person: Ethics Lab – Healy Hall Room 201b (Please note this location is wheelchair accessible from the Ground Floor of Maguire Hall which connects to Healy Hall ).
- Virtual: Zoom link will be shared with registrants prior to the event. Please note that only registered participants will be admitted to the event.

Join an informal group of researchers, students, and technologists who are passionate about saving Federal data from deletion by identifying, documenting, and collecting Federal data. Organization and coordination is provided by the Massive Data Institute at McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University as a way to continue the effort kicked off during the February 2025 Save the Data event.
