Call for Papers is Now Open!

Submit Your Session: We are seeking proposals for oral research presentations and posters on our four conference themes. Our call for abstracts closes December 18th at 11:59pmET.

Pre-Conference Workshops: Set aside time to join us Monday, July 26 before the conference starts for one of our interactive workshops.These sessions provide novel applications of administrative data with hands-on skill building in a sandbox environment. Stay tuned for more details!

ADRCon 2027 – FAQs

General

A. The use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in the development of abstracts and presentation materials is permitted but transparency is encouraged. Please include a disclosure that briefly describes how AI was used.

A. All abstracts undergo blind peer review. All submissions will be evaluated based on the thematic fit, relevance to attendees, and quality of work.

A. Accepted submissions will be notified in late January.

A. Early bird registration opens February 15, 2027.

A: Yes. We offer speakers a discounted rate of $250 (savings of $99).

A: Yes. To remain on the program, accepted speakers must register by March 1, 2027.

A: Lunch will be provided on each day of the conference. We will also have coffee and light refreshments available in the morning and afternoon.

A: Attendance and presentations must be done in person. Digital or hybrid options are not available.

Research Presentations

A: Each oral presentation time slot is 15 minutes. There will be three oral presentations in each  hour-long session.

A. An author may submit multiple abstracts but may not present more than two abstracts during the conference. Each abstract must be unique.

A. We welcome presentations on research that has already been published. We also welcome research that is in progress, as long as there are interim findings to report.

A. Our sessions are designed for single speakers only.

A: The person submitting should be an author.

Poster Presentations

A. Yes. Attendees will be invited to view the posters during a poster session on July 27th between 5:00pm – 6:30pm.

A: Yes, you must be available to answer questions from 5:00pm – 6:30pm on July 27th during our live poster session.

A: Yes. Posters must be printed, delivered and set up by presenters. Set up begins at 8:30 AM ET on Tuesday, June 27, 2027.
