Call for Speakers
ADRCon 2025 is looking for dynamic speakers excited to share their work using administrative data. Deadline to submit is 11:59PM ET on Friday, March 14, 2025.
Session Type
We are looking for proposals for three types of sessions:
- Presentations. Presenters will be given 15 minutes to share their work and respond to audience Q&A. Presenters will be grouped by the conference committee into thematically related areas.
- Panel discussions. Panels will be given 60 minutes and should include 2-4 presenters who speak on a common topic and be moderated by an expert who can set context and offer background for why the panel topic is important.
- Posters. Posters can cover new research findings, innovative research and evaluation approaches, or novel projects using administrative data. The poster session will take place on day one of the conference. At least one poster author should be present for the entire poster session to answer questions from participants.
Session Topics
Proposed sessions should be focused on one of our four conference themes:
- Data Linkage Methods (DLM): Administrative data can be messy, with inconsistencies or missing information. We’ll explore methods to assess, clean, and link administrative data.
- Governance and Infrastructure (INF): Administrative data often contains sensitive personal information; privacy and security are crucial considerations for using and sharing data and analyses. We’ll discuss infrastructure challenges and solutions when managing access to restricted, sensitive data, and the use of privacy enhancing technologies.
- Ethics, Legal, and Social Implications (ELSI): From AI to public engagement, there are numerous considerations for responsible use of administrative data. We’ll review topics including social license, transparency, incentives, legal and regulatory issues, and participatory engagement models
- Real-World Data Applications (RWD): We’ll hear about projects using integrated data systems, administrative records, and private sector data.
